Introduction

For the 6th consecutive year, The Sports Camp is offering fun activities for young men and women 14 - 18 years old. The Sports Camp is an inexpensive (as little as $30/participant) recreational sports experience.

When/Where

Two independent sessions are offered this year. Meetings are scheduled from 10A.M. to 12P.M. at Hopkins Park in Pittsford.

  • Session #1 is daily (Monday - Friday) between 6/28 - 7/2 and

  • Session #2 is daily (Monday - Friday) between 7/5 - 7/9.

Description

The Sports Camp is a fun time end-of-year program that offers kids an opportunity to unwind from the pressures of final exams. Over the course of the program, a myriad of games will be played: soccer, ultimate (frisbee football), flag football, volleyball, wiffle ball, and more! Each day 2 or 3 games will be played. All activities are instructional and mildly-competitive; basic skills will be drilled and rules presented before playing each game. The Sports Camp is a great way to gather with friends and play mildly-competitive games.

Registration Fee

Generally, the registration fee includes a Participation Fee of $30 per participant plus a nominal registration Fee (per family); however, the registration fee will be waived if the on-line registration form is submitted.

Queue

Registration is limited due to field availability; therefore, register today before the registration is closed! The roster will be queued in the order that the registrations are received and processed by the registrar of The Sports Camp; participants earliest in the queue are given priority for roster placement. Registration does not guarantee participation; refunds will be issued for any participant not placed on the roster. The registration form and full payment must be received by the registrar of The Sports Camp in order for the corresponding participants to be queued on the roster. Register as early as possible (don't wait until the deadline) to maximize the likelihood of roster placement.
